The new MrPET officially takes off in june 2012 with the installation of the new collection station at the Carrefour hypermarket in Nichelino (TO). A second collection station will be installed at the Carrefour hypermarket in Collegno (TO) in a very short time. The plan is to replace all remaining machines according to a scalar timing. The information desk of the Carrefour store in Nichelino will issue the new MrPET cards that allow access to the network of the FADA points. The FADA points can be spent in all affiliated stores (no longer tied to a single collection station). Points accumulated on the old cards can be transferred into the new system.
